Although we carefully pack and ship all merchandise, it can occassionally arrive damaged from our shipping carrier. If the product you received, either shipped directly from us or the manufacturer is broken, please contact us toll free at 1-877-T-4-TABLE (1-877-848-2253) immediately. Notification after 7 days of receipt of the product may prevent you from receiveing full credit.
Give us your order number located on your packing slip and keep all packing materials used to ship the product. We will have our shipping carrier either pick up the product or examine the product to determine its damage. All our packages are shipped insured and we will promptly send replacements for any damaged items as soon as they are available. |
