General Returns

  
To Process a General Return, please complete the following:
  • Fill out the online return form within 7 days of receipt (Click on the link below).  Notification after 7 days is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • Your purchase must be returned unused and in its original packaging.  Don't throw out the box or any of the packing material such as peanuts or paper. If these items are discarded we may not be able to issue a refund.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us for an exchange or refund.
    The item(s) must be packed carefully in its original packing materials.  If a return or exchange item is damaged due to poor packing, we cannot issue a credit or refund. For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring the returned item for it's full retail value.  
  •  All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of merchandise receipt or an additional 15% handling fee is charged.

Shipping Back the Return
 
You can ship your return to us via the US postal service or a carrier of your choice.  Enclose a print out of your completed Online Return Form.  For your convenience, our Packing Slip includes a pre-addressed Return Label that you may use.  Simply attach the label to your package and ship it back to us.  Insure the package for its full retail value and mail it to:

After we have received the returned merchandise in our warehouse, and pending inspection, we will issue you a refund to your credit card account within 10 business days.  Please Note:  The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
 
Shipping and Handling Charges are non-refundable.
