These Cheese Planers are great, and sturdy, and perfect for slicing hard cheeses. They are made of pewter and average approximately 8.5" in length. Pewter will not tarnish and should be washed in warm soapy water, then rinsed and dried with a soft cloth. This item is not dishwasher safe.
