Match Flatware and Convivio Tableware are Dishwasher safe. However, if you have hard water (water with a high mineral content) we do not recommend using a dishwasher, as elements in the water could possibly cause tarnishing or pitting of your pewter. This is true with any pewter on the market. We recommend that you use a low heat setting with liquid dishwasher soap. Please do not wash any Match Italian pewter in the extreme temperatures of a commercial dishwasher. Due to the Pewter, these dishes are not Microwave Safe.
