The story begins in China where daylilies have been cultivated since 2697 BC. People in the region used the flowers as much for utilitarian reasons as they did for the beauty of the flowers. By the 1500's the daylily had made its way to Europe and now there are as many as 40,000 daylilies registered.
The Daylily Medium Bowl measures 10"D x 3.5"H. The Daylily Large Salad Bowl measures 14"D x 4.5"H. Both of these are perfect for serving side dishes or salads.
